To access and/or use the Services (e.g., account registration, game play, communication/networking features, purchases, reservations, promotions, etc.), we may require you to provide and/or make available certain information, which may include, among other things, your legal name, email address, telephone number, date of birth, and gender.
When you make purchases of products or services on our Site, we and/or our third-party payment processor will gather all necessary information to complete the transaction, including your name, billing information, and shipping details.
Should you provide us with feedback or contact us via email, we will collect your name and email address, along with any other content included in the email, to respond accordingly. Any messages you post on our Site will be stored on our servers, and other users will be able to view them.
Participation in one of our surveys will result in the collection of the information you choose to submit to us.
We may also collect other types of Personal Information voluntarily provided by you, such as your operating system and version, and other requested information when you contact us via email for support regarding the Services.

Information We Collect Automatically.
When you access and/or use the Services, VirtualTag automatically collects certain information through cookies, web beacons, and other technologies, which is then stored in our log files. This information includes anonymous identifiers, operating system and version, your Internet protocol (IP) address, pages you view on our Site, search terms you entered to reach our Site, and other details related to your access and/or use of the Services. We may combine this information with other data we have collected about you, including, where applicable, your username, name, and other Personal Information. The Services provided by VirtualTag may grant access to, or present opportunities for you to view and/or receive certain content, products, services, information, and other materials based, wholly or partially, on your location (“Location Based Content”). To offer Location Based Content, the Services will determine your location using one or more points of data, reference, and/or information associated with, among other things, the device you use to access and use the Services (a “Device”). This may include GPS, beacons, device software/features/services, and other points of data, reference, and information. If you have disabled GPS, Bluetooth, WiFi, or other location-determining or assisting software, features, or services on your device, or if you do not authorize the Services to access your location data, your location may not be determinable, and you may be unable to access, view, and/or receive Location Based Content.
How We Use Information
Use of Personal Information. At Tagmarshal, we may utilize your Personal Information for the following purposes:
- To provide you with the Services, communicate with you about your usage of the Services, address your inquiries, process your orders, and ensure proper customer service.
- To personalize your experiences while using the Services by customizing the content and information we send or display to you, including location customization.

By accessing and using the Services, you expressly acknowledge, understand, and agree that VirtualTag will automatically store, host, share, post, disseminate, disclose, and/or publish certain information regarding your user account and profile.) and your corresponding use of the Services, as well as related conduct, information, and activities associated with it (e.g., golf rounds played, dates and times, golf scores, location, home courses, status updates, etc.). - Others. We may disclose your Personal Information to any other person with your consent to the disclosure.

We and our third-party service providers use various Tracking Technologies to collect information automatically as you interact with the Services. For residents of the European Economic Area, our legal basis for collecting and using Personal Information depends on the specific context and type of Personal Information involved. To protect against unauthorized access to your password and Device, take steps such as signing off after using a shared Device, choosing a strong password, and keeping login credentials private. We are not liable for any lost, stolen, or compromised passwords or unauthorized account activity.
We retain Personal Information as long as there is an ongoing legitimate business need to do so, such as providing requested Services or complying with legal or accounting requirements. When we no longer have a legitimate business need to process your Personal Information, we will either delete or anonymize it, unless it is stored in backup archives, in which case we will securely store it and isolate it from further processing until deletion is possible.
