Whistling Straits in the spotlight of Tagmarshal’s Expert webinar

Mike O’Reilly, the director of golf operations at Whistling Straits, will share insights on the resort’s player experiences and operational efficiency

The popular series provides course owners and operators, PGA professionals and club managers with a look at how they can improve the player experience and commercial performance through optimization of their tee sheet, course traffic and field flow at their facility.

On November 4 at 10 a.m. EST, Tagmarshal will host an educational webinar featuring Whistling Straits, site of the 2021 Ryder Cup (duration 45 minutes). Expert Guest, Mike O’Reilly, Whistling Straits Director of Golf Operations, will share insights on “How Whistling Straits Achieves World Class Player Experiences, Operational Efficiency & Revenue Optimization.”

With over 20 years of industry experience, Mike O’Reilly has a wealth of knowledge to share, with the past decade spent leading golf operations at Whistling Straits. Owned by the Kohler Group and consisting of four courses, The Straits has hosted major championships including the 2004, 2010 and 2015 PGA Championships, the 2007 U.S. Senior Open, and in 2021, the Ryder Cup. The Irish and Black Wolf Run also rank highly within the Golf Digest Top 100 public courses and are spectacular “must play” courses.

In this webinar, O’Reilly, a truly exceptional Director of Golf Operations, will share how Whistling Straits has been able to make a positive impact on operational efficiency, revenue and the bottom line, through the use of optimization technology.
