The discussion entitled “Collecting and Analyzing Data: From A to Z” was moderated by Hunki Yun, Director of Partnerships, Outreach and Education at the USGA, and discussed how golf course operators can capture, track, and analyze behavioral data about golfers, segment them into relevant targeted groups, and then use the information to get them to “do” more of what they want.

Attendees got answers to their most pressing questions, learning best practices and discovered solutions that worked for their business, and participated in real-time technology demonstrations.
