Objective:
We are looking for a Sales Exec to join our International Growth Team. Tagmarshal is changing the world of Golf Operations through data and has developed leading traction in the USA, Europe, Canada, the UK and South Africa. We are looking for a new member for our Sales team who will sell remotely to US prospects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline
- Respond to incoming leads in line with a trackable / trained for process including
prospecting, demo, quote, value-driven follow up, finalisation - Conduct executive-level sales engagements and establish and maintain strong
relationships throughout the sales cycle, mainly virtual but also face-to-face
during trade shows or sales trips as opportunity arises - Understand the needs of the customer and articulate the value of our various
system’s capabilities and solutions in meeting those needs - Prepare Quotes and sales contracts in collaboration with the Finance / Sales
Admin team - Conclude commercial and contractual negotiations
- Build consultative partnership over 2-24 months sales cycles and beyond
- CRM logging and reporting
- Effective hand over to operations and customer success for implementation
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience selling B2B / enterprise systems
- Self-motivated and able to manage your own success
- Excellent attention to detail
- Function as a member of a team that moves quickly and prides itself on quality
- Interest in learning within the fast paced environment
- Organized and meticulous
- Strong ability to work under pressure and maintain deadlines without sacrificing quality of work.
- Good communication skills
- Strong networking and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated consultative selling skills
- Availability for calls in USA hours
- Reliable internet at home for USA / after hours calls and to work remotely as required (ie. Covid19 realities)
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
- GOLF PASSION OR EXPERIENCE IS A KEY ADVANTAGE
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 2-5 years of Business Sales experience
- Passport and ability to travel internationally
- Experience with Systems / B2B Saas / Software sales
- Basic MS Excel skills
- Experience in or passion for Golf advantageous
