CaddieNow, experts in comprehensive caddie management and Tagmarshal, industry leaders in pace of play management and on-course optimization technology, have formed a strategic partnership to bring a new caddie tracking service to courses.

The new caddie tracking service was built to enable caddies to use the service on their personal mobile devices during the round, acting as a beacon, utilizing GPS technology to track pace of play and identify flow issues as they arise on the course. The app-based service also reduces the club’s need to purchase devices for caddies to carry during their loops. 2023 PGA Show in numbers

The 2023 PGA Show was certainly one to remember, with the golf industry’s biggest names gathering in Orlando, Florida for an unforgettable event.

A sincere thanks to everyone who attended, especially those who stopped in to say hello at Booth 3425. It was fantastic to meet so many friends and partners, new and old, at our industry’s premier event!

Let’s take a look at the 2023 PGA Show in numbers:

This year, we hosted 7 exceptional education sessions, our most ever! Alongside 2 official PGA education sessions and 4 sessions with our partners, Golf Business Network (GBN), we participated in 1 PGA Show panel discussion on the main stage, hosted by Kris Hart, PGA of America, where Tagmarshal CEO Bodo Sieber appeared as an expert panelist on the use of technology and data in golf, alongside other industry experts.

With the help of expert guests like Pinehurst Resort’s Director of Golf, Matt Barksdale, Jim Lombardo, Head Golf Professional at Erin Hills and Chip Hierlihy, General Manager of Fieldstone Golf Club, in excess of 100 people attended our education sessions in person and via our live stream online.

Our largest-ever contingent attended the 2023 Show, with 24 team members making the trip from Atlanta, GA, and as far afield as Ireland and South Africa.

Our team at Booth 3425 was kept on their toes as more than 300 live demos were carried out, a new record for our team! This year, we showcased a wide range of optimization and course management features and our most advanced software upgrade to date, Tagmarshal 4.0.

Tagmarshal Diamond and Special awards were presented to 32 incredible partners, including courses such as Pebble Beach, Pinehurst, Erin Hills, Metropolis, The Medalist, and Pinegrove in recognition of their exceptional player experiences, pace and flow of play and levels of on-course service.

It was another festive Thursday night at our annual Miller’s Ale House drinks and snacks evening. Getting the chance to mingle with more than 70 valued partners and friends after all the hard work is one of the perks of the job!

The record time it took to take down our stand! Thanks to our team of Tagmarshal Techies for a job well done.
