Tagmarshal honors best performing courses of 2025
Tagmarshal, the market leader in on-course optimization technology, extends congratulations to the 2025 Tagmarshal Award winners and is proud to highlight the outstanding achievements of its course partners and their teams.
For the sixth consecutive year, the Awards celebrate these facilities’ commitment to driving continuous improvement and achieving exceptional levels of performance.

All of Tagmarshal’s 700+ partner courses are automatically entered and considered for recognition. To identify those who have excelled across the past 12 months, performance is evaluated based on benchmarks and data for the following criteria:
- Enhanced player experiences
- Improved field flow and pace of play
- Advanced optimization strategies deployed
- Increased efficiency
- Level of system engagement
- On-course service delivery and player communication
Tagmarshal Awards are presented at three tiers – Diamond, Platinum, and Gold. Diamond Award winners this year include the likes of Baltusrol, Bandon Dunes, Erin Hills and The Old Course at St Andrews Links.
Six Special Awards are also presented, recognizing the best performers in key categories. This year’s Top Innovator Award went to Pinehurst Resort. Matt Barksdale, PGA, Pinehurst’s VP of Golf, says they consider themselves “a living laboratory” and Tagmarshal is “great for providing a quantitative analysis of what is working and why it’s working.”
To aid in further enhancing its AI capabilities, Tagmarshal has partnered with Pinehurst to train on and learn from one of the best in the business.
